A plan for 16 fabulous new homes is set to come together in one of the UK’s most celebrated locations. Planning permission for the development of exclusive, high end properties set in more than three acres of land at Treloyhan Manor Park was granted in May 2015, with this attractive opportunity now being released on to the market.

St Ives Bay on the Atlantic coast of North-West Cornwall, is in the form of a shallow crescent, some four miles across between St Ives, in the west and Godrevy Head in the east. Christian Guild has agreed to offer all 16 plots for sale either as individual single plots, or the entire development site could be sold to a single bidder and the agents are seeking unconditional bids on an informal tender basis.
